GCSE Results Day 2026
Information for Students and Parents/Carers
Dear Parents/Carers and Students,
We are looking forward to welcoming our Year 11 students back to school on Thursday 20 August to collect their GCSE examination results.
To help ensure the morning runs smoothly, students should arrive according to the first letter of their surname:
A–F: 8:30am–8:45am
G–L: 8:45am–9:00am
M–R: 9:00am–9:15am
S–Z: 9:15am–9:30am
Collecting Results
Results will only be released once identity has been verified. If a parent/carer is collecting results on behalf of a student, they must provide written permission from the student and bring valid photo ID. Results cannot be released without these requirements being met.
Destination Form
On Wednesday 19 August, students will receive a QR code/Microsoft Forms link via EduLink. All students should complete this Destination Form, indicating their plans after GCSEs. This information is important for our destination tracking and post-16 support processes.
Sixth Form Enrolment and Guidance
From 8:45am, Heads of Department and the Sixth Form team will be available in the hall to discuss course choices and enrol students onto A Level and BTEC programmes.
Enrolment times:
-
9:00am–10:00am: St Peter’s students enrol
-
10:00am–11:00am: St Peter’s and external students enrol
Students who do not achieve the grades required for their intended A Level or Level 3 BTEC courses will be able to speak with Sarah Beeton our Careers Advisor, who will be available to advise on suitable alternative pathways and next steps.
If You Cannot Attend Results Day
Students who are unable to collect their results on Results Day should visit Reception at a later date to collect them.
We wish all students every success and look forward to celebrating their achievements with them.
Mr Versaci
Head of Year 11
